Currently, Ms. TY is a counselor to the Cambodia Group of the ASEAN Intellectual Property
Association-ASEAN IPA based in Cambodia. Recently, Ms. Ty has trained a class of Women
Entrepreneurs on Intellectual Property protection for their businesses under an initiative of a
USAID project. Ms. TY completed an LL.M at Pannasastra University partly in international
law and criminal law. She was admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia
in 2007. She has since been working as Managing Partner at Camlegal Asia (C.L.A), at the
Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) where she is a national trial
attorney for Civil Parties, Pana Asean Law Office, Kelvin Chia Partnership, Legal Aid of
Cambodia, and Asia Pacific International Law Firm. Ms. TY is also a former
Cambodian scholar to attend the 23rd Inter-Pacific Bar Association Annual Meeting and
Conference in Seoul, Korea where she gets acquaintance with many fellow international
lawyers following the conference
With a range of aligning corporate experiences, Ms. TY is doing civil litigation, representation
and advising clients on matters related to Intellectual Property, business transaction, land
acquisition, operation, firm establishment and due diligence. Ms. TY speaks both English
