  •   Michael Chai is the managing partner of Michael Chai & Co. His Intellectual Property Law practice covers the full spectrum of advice relating to Intellectual Property Law. He advises on Patents, Industrial Designs, Trade Marks, Copyright, Trade Secrets, Transfer Of Technology, Licensing and Cyber Laws. 
  • He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University Of Buckingham, UK, Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Chemistry from the University Of Surrey, UK and qualified as a Barrister-at-law from Lincoln’s Inn, England. Michael was called to the Bar in Malaysia and started practice in 1991. He has been a Registered Patent Agent in Malaysia since 1994. He is a Registered Trade Mark Agent and Registered Industrial Design Agent.
