Aleli Angela G. Quirino is Of Counsel/Senior IP Counsel of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala& Cruz Law (ACCRALAW) Offices.  The main focus of Ms. Quirino’s practice is in the areas of intellectual property (IP) law and business law.  She has helped place the Firm at the forefront in the fight against counterfeiting and piracy of intellectual property.  She is consistently cited as a leading IP lawyer in Asia in the publications of AsiaLaw Profiles, Asia Pacific Legal 500, PLC “Which Lawyer” (Practical Law Company), and Chambers Asia.

Ms. Quirino has written several articles on intellectual property law and corporate law, in particular the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law of the Philippines.  She actively participates in various international and local seminars and conferences on intellectual property law and business law as speaker or panelist.
